   I take photos or videos of the spaces you’d like decorated and gather your preferences—colors, themes, aesthetic, budget, and lifestyle considerations.

2. Custom Holiday Rendering & Decor Plan
   I create a visual rendering of your space fully decorated so you can clearly see the design direction before anything is purchased.

3. Itemized Decor Estimate
   You’ll receive a breakdown of decor costs based on your selected style and budget.

4. Sourcing & Purchasing
   I handle shopping, ordering, and coordination of all decor pieces—from tree ornaments and garlands to stockings, tablescapes, wreaths, and accent styling.

5. Delivery & Full Installation
   Once everything is finalized, I bring the decor to your home and professionally style and install it for a finished look worthy of a magazine feature.

• Setup, breakdown (optional), upgrades, and add-ons

*Price listed for homes up to 4k sq ft. Homes over 4k sq ft will incur an additional cost depending on package and scope of work.

**All bookings require a 50% deposit to reserve your design slot. Final payment is due upon delivery or virtual delivery of the rendering/product.**
